Currently working as Product Design Group Lead at monday.com

At monday.com I am managing 4 product designers in different domains and directly responsible for the delivery and impact of the designers I lead as well as for their professional development. My role includes both leading the strategy, and execution and ensuring that the design outcome aligns with the monday.com design ecosystem and our company DNA.

2019-2022

Before being promoted to Product Design Group Lead, I've been working as a Senior Product Designer at monday.com. My role consisted of setting and achieving company goals, by identifying and solving real user and business problems. In addition, I was guiding the team through all the aspects of UX and UI solutions and being hands-on in crafting the best user experience.

2016-2019

Previously to monday.com, I worked at Phenom People, where I led the Product Design Team for 3 years and was responsible for directly managing an international team of  7 product designers.
